Yep- It’s Fair time in Montgomery County!

This year Carli entered a pie, quick bread and an Apron in the Junior Non-Livestock Show .

She made 6th place with her pie

  

A blue ribbon with her bread and

Honorable Mention with her apron

 

Cole entered cookies and salsa.  He received a red ribbon on his cookies and blue with the salsa.

The Montgomery County Fair is a family tradition, if you have never been its not to late.  They will have events till Wednesday.  It is  wonderful family fun.  The students work hard on their projects and animals so go out and support them! Bloomers / Diaper Covers

This is a busy week, but I wanted to let ya’ll know we have added bloomer / diaper covers to the Carli’s Closet website.  They come in animal print and solid colors with an adorable ruffle on the back.  They are made of cotton fabric and the ruffle is chiffon.  Too cute.  Here are some pictures of them….

  

PETTISKIRT

 Girls couture from Carli’s Closet.

 This brown and hot pink pettiskirt, has two layers of frilly, soft chiffon, with a pink and brown cheetah print bow on the satin waist .  The matching shirt is a brown lightweight burnout fabric with hot pink rosettes to match the skirt.  This pettiskirt just screams filly, feminine and ruffly!  We will be adding our new edition to the website soon!

It is true: a pettiskirt does make you spin uncontrollably!!

        

So what is a pettiskirt.....

It is a new take on the original petticoat.  Our gorgeous chiffon pettiskirts are a fluffy, billowing, ruffly skirt. You can wear them with boots, flip flops or tennis shoes.  Dress them up or down.  They are the perfect for taking pictures in too.
